May News
This month we hope to be out in the garden planting seeds, and starting our own vegetable garden. The children love nothing more than being outside digging in the soil.
We will continue our theme, “understanding The World” by looking at different insects, and garden creatures, and linking songs and activities to each topic, for example, frogs ,and the songs Five speckled frogs, and the little green frog.
We will be celebrating the Royal wedding with our very own tea party in the garden, and the children will be making hats and flags to decorate.
The children have loved having the chicks over the past 2 weeks, and Melissa, one of our team ,has taken some of them home with her to look after, so we will be getting up dates from them as the grow into hens.
Just a reminder to our school leavers, please can you pass on via letter/email your leaving dates, so we can organise the children’s graduations.
