July News and Topics
This month our topic is “Food and Healthy Eating “. Each of our rooms will be tasting and preparing healthy food, following on from a visit last Friday from Reece’s dentist. The children enjoyed learning about Oral hygiene, and whats good, and not so good for their teeth.
You will see on your monthly news letters that some of the rooms are preparing for teddy bears picnics, and summer beach parties, weather permitting. Remember sun cream and hats please.
Its in July that we say goodbye to our older children who are moving on to school settings. I have the privilege of seeing the children who attend Lindens, as my son goes there, and its always nice to catch up with them. However those moving further afield are always welcome back to say hello when they are passing, and we as a team wish them all the very best in their next steps.
Can I remind you to let us know if you have any holidays booked, as we have a duty to of care and we need to know if the children are ill, or away.
