October News
We are so looking forward to welcoming you back into the setting for parents evening on the 13th and 14th of October for Streetly and 6th and 7th October for Dunston.If you have not already sent your slip back please hurry, as times are limited now.
So this month we have Fire Prevention Week ,beginning on 3rd October.The children will be learning about fire safety and role playing as fire people. Our younger groups will be painting fire trucks, and reading stories about fire men/women.
Our topic this month is Space, and all age groups will be junk modelling spaceships, and looking at the solar system. Could you please send your child in with a plastic bottle for this activity ?
Finally at the end of the month (29th October)we will be having a Halloween party, and your children can come to nursery in fancy dress.
